Client Service & Operations Associate
Sanctuary Wealth is committed to managing meaningful wealth with integrity and collaboration. They are seeking a Client Service & Operations Associate to support the operational backbone of the firm, ensuring smooth execution of client service and back-office deliverables.

Responsibilities
Manage account openings, transfers, and ongoing maintenance workflows
Accurately process time-sensitive money movements (wires, transfers, etc.)
Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to track status and resolve issues
Maintain precise client records in our CRM (Wealthbox experience preferred but not required)
Support client communications via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care
Prepare and process account paperwork and documentation
Assist in client meetings as needed
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve client outcomes
Serve as a trusted operational partner to advisors and internal teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, RIA operations, or client service
Experience in similar roles such as Client Associate, Operations Coordinator, or Specialist
Familiarity with custodial platforms (Pershing, Schwab, etc.) and CRM systems (Wealthbox a plus)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and with a team
Candidate seeking a long-term opportunity with potential for growth (not into advisory)
Preferred
Wealthbox experience preferred but not required
Securities licenses (Series 7/63/66), but not required
