Responsibilities
Maintain, enhance,and support existinglegacy applications and databases
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot applications written in COBOL, PL/SQL, and SQL
Support and manage systemintegrations using BizTalk Server and EDI (ANSI 834) standards
Work with healthcare data exchanges, eligibility systems, and vendorintegrations
Support secure data transmission processes including SFTP
Assist in system transition activities and ensureminimal disruption during go-live phases
Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technicalteams to ensuresystem stability
Provide production support and resolve issuesin a timely manner
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards

COBOL
SAS
CICS
PL/SQL
IBM Data Studio(v4.1 or similar)
SQL / T-SQL
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Microsoft Dynamics GP (2018 or later)
BizTalk Server (2006 R2 and/or 2023)
ANSI / EDI 834 file formats
SFTP and secure data transmission
Experience creating IRS and ACA reporting forms
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a HIPAA-regulated environment
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance standards including: HIPAA, Affordable Care Act (ACA), Related federal regulations
Experience working with health insurance eligibility systems
Healthcare vendor system integrations
Multiple healthcare management interfaces such as: TPA, PBM, MAPD, Specialty Pharmacy vendors
