Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate the launch & adoption of new capabilities and products
Oversee feedback channels, support triaging and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement
Partner with your customers to develop a capability roadmap that supports meeting our companies objectives
Provide transparency and create alignment through effective communication of upcoming launches, opportunities, issues and decisions
Act as an subject matter expert and provide guidance, clarity and training support
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a technology-focused role such as Product Management, Product Operations, Business Strategy, Product Commercialization, Technical Program Management, or Sales Strategy and Operations
BA/BS degree in related technical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering), or equivalent practical experience in a technical field
Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc)
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
Preferred
Experience in the autonomous vehicle, automotive, trucking, transportations, and (or) logistics industry
Understanding of the development process
Proficiency in analyzing data, metrics, and feedback to identify issues, trends, and tooling improvements to make informed decisions
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
