Responsibilities

Growing the Technician talent pool
Over seeing day to day needs of the build floor
Providing performance evaluations for the touch labor teams

Qualification

Test Readiness ReviewsManufacture Engineering experienceLeadership experienceHands-on labor team leadershipGeneral Operations executionTS/SCI ClearanceCertifications of an ME

Required

Experience leading hands on labor teams, ex. Satellite Build, Aircraft production, Flight Line Crew Chief etc
Experience conducting/facilitating Test Readiness Reviews or Major Milestone Reviews
Must have all applicable certifications of an ME or ability to achieve certification
Ability to get a TS/SCI Clearance

Preferred

Leadership experience, ex. (Military SNCO/NCO or Officer, floor/shift supervisor, or Tech Lead.)
General Operations execution knowledge and demonstrated ability to lead teams
Manufacture Engineering experience
