New Grad, Entry LevelIRAS Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, and month-end close activities. This role partners closely with accounting leadership and operations to ensure accurate financial data and meaningful insights.

Responsibilities
Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
Prepare and analyze financial reports and schedules
Perform variance analysis and explain key drivers
Maintain general ledger accuracy and supporting documentation
Assist with audits, tax filings, and internal reviews
Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis
Help improve accounting processes and internal controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs
Enhance decision-making and overall business performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance principles
Experience with preparing Financial Statements and Journal Entries
Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Preferred
Previous experience in commercial real estate or property management is a plus
