Responsibilities
Lead the corporation's consolidated Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections
Guide the strategic plan, prepare board decks, and deliver supporting analysis for external stakeholders
Provide strategic analysis and advice to executive management, develop financial models, and monitor variances and business results with key performance indicators (KPIs)
Oversee financial reporting and prepare detailed budget schedules-operating expense, capital expenditures, revenue, profitability, variance and trend analyses, rate of return, depreciation, cash flow, working capital, investments, and ad hoc projects
Gather and synthesize data, correlate results with cyclical and global economic trends, and produce accurate company financial profitability forecasts
Manage a team of four professionals
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive FP&A-related experience
Publicly traded company or IPO experience required
Expert-level Excel required
Preferred
MBA/CPA preferred
NetSuite and Adaptive Planning experience highly desirable
