Responsibilities
Reach out to project and operations colleagues to define performance metrics, identify data requirements and tailor processes and reports to fit business needs
Work with payroll and accounting staff to customize and troubleshoot operations procedures
Optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards for project managers. Display program data to support strategic decision-making and assess business effectiveness
Train users and document best practices
Recognize opportunities for automation and innovation and work with stakeholders to build them in Salesforce
Other duties as assigned or apparent
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience as administrator or business systems analyst in Salesforce Sales Cloud, particularly in budgeting and project management applications
Skilled in stakeholder communication in a hybrid workplace
Experience engaging end users to understand their project management needs and deliver tailored solutions with written guidance
Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and taking ownership of solutions
Testing solutions with developers and users using a task management system
Preferred
Experience with professional services automation such as FinancialForce/Certinia or Klient
Experience in project management
Enthusiasm and experience with helping users understand and report budget data
