Senior Marketing Manager, Fintech Business Development

Responsibilities
You will lead Visa Marketing Services for select accounts of Visa’s Fintech clients that may include Fintech players in the B2B, Small Business, Peer-to-Peer, crypto and other emerging segments
You will drive the strategy and execution of key marketing initiatives to drive client business growth, such as lifecycle marketing engagements, best practices, go-to-market recommendations, sponsorship marketing, events, advisory services, social/digital marketing, etc
You will lead marketing-related project scoping and requirements while aligning with sales and the client
You will apply data-driven approach to marketing recommendations leveraging Visa data and industry research tools to capture/communicate marketing best practices and customer insights and present to clients
You will work cross-functionally to develop and implement marketing projects that leverage the best of Visa resources and expertise (e.g., with Sales, Visa Consulting & Analytics, Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.)
You will manage end-to-end delivery of marketing projects, including escalating any deliverables, updating timelines, and communicating changes to stakeholders with limited supervisory oversight
You will manage the budget/finance process as part of the program oversight and management, working closely with Marketing Delivery
You will manage ad hoc requests from key stakeholders, e.g., clients, Visa senior leadership, etc
You will track and manage program results
Qualification
Required
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
You have significant experience in marketing in the financial services, fintech, or payments sector, working in a fast-moving environment
You have prior experience in business development
You have prior experience in designing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns (e.g., paid social, search engine marketing, email, direct mail, etc.) across the marketing lifecycle (acquisition, usage, retention, loyalty)
You have strong executive presence and comfort leading discussions with clients
You have strong analytical skills and feel comfortable translating data into marketing strategy
You have Strong written and in-person communication skills
You have strong project management skills
You are detail oriented and extremely organized
You have experience planning and executing events
You have experience with executing programs in partnership with Sponsorship Properties
You are a team player with experience coordinating cross functional, end-to-end projects that included a high level of detail and ability to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
You are self-motivated and proactive in asking questions / proposing solutions
You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point and Word
You are willing to travel
