Human Resources Manager
Ward Cove Dock Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions within the company. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and payroll, while promoting a high-quality company culture.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain company policies and SOP’s, including but not limited to employee handbook and code of conduct
Maintaining company-wide communications through various resources such as Outlook, Paycom, and Microsoft Teams
Oversee recruiting and onboarding and offboarding processes, fully documenting progress of all departments for reporting
Create and maintain requisitions, including adding new positions and writing job descriptions
Ensure proper workplace compliance through various training resources
Manage company payroll and employee benefits and leave administration such as PTO, Retirement, Paid Holidays/Floating Holidays and Paid Sick Leave of seasonal employees
Oversee all employee relations activity; including but not limited to employee training, employee events, conflict resolutions, and terminations
Maintain all records for company documentation
Perform other duties as assigned by president
Qualification
Required
Great understanding of all Microsoft Office applications
Outstanding organizational/self-management skills
High school diploma/GED
2+ years of related experience
