Responsibilities
Partner with VP People Leader to align HR strategies with business objectives
Lead initiatives related to growth, M&A and process improvement
Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective actions
Coach managers on performance management, documentation, and conflict resolution
Champion organizational culture by reinforcing company values, promoting employee engagement, and supporting initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Support onboarding, the new hire experience and retention initiatives
Identify development needs and succession planning opportunities
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Maintain and enforce company policies, procedures, and HR best practices
Leverage HRIS and reporting tools to track trends and inform decision‑making
Analyze HR metrics related to turnover, engagement, performance, and compliance
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5-8+ years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership responsibility
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferred
Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP) preferred
Experience supporting multi‑site or field‑based organizations preferred
