LHH is seeking a versatile Visual Designer to support a healthcare-focused client with fully remote work and strong potential for extension. The role involves creating high-quality digital assets, designing across multiple healthcare brands, and collaborating with teams to deliver engaging visual content in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality digital assets including banners, social graphics, clinical infographics, charts, and HTML emails built from scratch

Design across multiple healthcare brands (diabetes, insulins, transplant, etc.) while maintaining consistency and compliance

Translate clinical data and brand strategy into clear, engaging visual storytelling

Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and quality partners to deliver submission-ready content

Work hands-on in a production-heavy environment with speed, accuracy, and brand alignment

Use AI and automation tools to enhance workflows and scale content efficiently

Qualification

Required

3+ years of professional visual or graphic design experience

Strong digital design skills across HTML, motion/animated banners, and multi-channel content

Experience working in a regulated environment (pharma, medical, legal, or other compliance‑heavy fields)

Ability to support multiple brands and manage fast-paced production workloads

Detail-oriented mindset with strong visual problem‑solving skills

Curious, adaptable, and open to using AI to improve design quality and efficiency

No specific degree required skill and experience matter most
