Responsibilities
Conduct analysis to identify business challenges and recommend solutions
Support product development and pricing strategies through modeling and analytics
Contribute to marketing initiatives by building insights that inform customer experience and go‑to‑market strategies
Enhance credit risk performance by developing risk models, analyzing consumer trends, and testing hypotheses
Lead execution efforts including problem framing, hypothesis testing, solution development, and implementation planning
Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve quality, service, and profitability
Communicate complex ideas effectively and influence stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication
Maintain a results‑oriented approach, driving both short‑term and long‑term goals in a dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field)
Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis or related analytical work
Preferred
Master's degree in Business or a quantitative discipline (Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Physical Sciences)
Experience in statistical modeling, market research, and SQL querying
2+ years of experience in business analysis
Prior consulting experience is a plus
