Responsibilities
Own the long-term technical vision and architecture of a rapidly scaling health platform
Lead and grow a high-caliber engineering organization
Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on product, security, and scalability
Ensure systems are built for enterprise-grade reliability, compliance, and performance
Drive innovation in a Point of Care model that blends technology, data, and real-world clinical delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading engineering or technology teams at scale (CTO, VP Eng, or similar)
Strong background in building and scaling complex HealthTech platforms, specifically within the point of care space
Must have managed and grown world class distributed engineering teams
Strategic thinker who can also stay close to execution
