Responsibilities
Leads resources brought together from across the company to pursue an opportunity
Helps to develop capture strategies, analyze market trends that affect a pursuit, evaluate competitors, and helps develop pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies
Focuses on managing all activities in the business capture lifecycle from pursuit decision through proposal
Manages the entire schedule and presents key milestones to senior leadership, prepares interim reviews and work products, and maintains budget (plans vs. actuals) for the capture efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2-4 years of experience in capture management or a related field (e.g., business development, proposal management, account management, program management, or growth operations), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven experience supporting or leading successful capture efforts
Strong organizational, analytical, and process-oriented skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, large corporate environment with competing priorities
Willingness to learn, adapt, and help build processes for a growing capture organization
