Assisting with all aspects of the campus’s mail and copying needs
Serving as the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and students in need of assistance with printing needs, mailing, courier, and overnight carrier services
Providing topnotch copy and mail services
Providing any relevant troubleshooting
Operating high-volume copiers, booklet makers, scanners, a mail meter, as well as other finishing devices
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Strong customer service skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Adobe
Experience working with high-volume copy machines
Experience working with postage metering equipment
Experience with a variety of post-production finishing devices
