Responsibilities
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver AI‑powered features and products
Use tools like Python, Conda, Spark, H2O, and cloud platforms to analyze large numerical and text‑based datasets
Build machine learning models end‑to‑end: data exploration, feature engineering, model development, validation, optimization, and deployment
Apply advanced Generative AI techniques such as RAG, prompt engineering, LLM fine‑tuning, and contextual modeling
Translate technical findings into clear insights that help shape business strategies
Experiment with emerging AI research and find opportunities to integrate innovative methods into real‑world workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and at least 2 years of data analytics experience
OR
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or an MBA with a quantitative focus
Preferred
Master's or PhD in a STEM field
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
2+ years of experience with Python, R, or Scala
2+ years of hands‑on machine learning experience
2+ years of SQL experience
Background in AI, NLP, large language models, or information retrieval
