Senior Schedule Analyst

Tecolote Research, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Schedule Analyst to provide schedule analysis support to the Assured Access to Space Chief Financial Officer organization and program leadership. The role involves working with various teams to assess IMS information and manage program schedules, ensuring compliance and performance to program baselines.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractors to assess IMS information for compliance and performance to program baselines
The Schedule Analyst will perform a wide variety of schedule management duties for Space Systems Command (SSC), Assured Access to Space programs
Responsible for development and integration of program and enterprise level schedule, schedule publishing, schedule analysis, and reporting of results to senior leadership

Required

A minimum seven (7) years of Schedule experience to include a minimum of four (4) years working in a space program environment
Familiarity with systems engineering principles and practices
Experience with large-scale development and test programs
Risk analysis and cost estimating is a plus
Launch and Range acquisition and execution experience is highly desired
Requires familiarity with schedule management best practices such as critical path methodology, schedule quality, and schedule execution metrics
Familiarity with the Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG), GAO Scheduling Assessment Guide, GAO Cost Estimating & Assessment Guide, NDIA Guide to Managing Program using Predictive Measures, Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR), and ANSl/EIA Standard 748
Knowledge of the DCMA 14-Point Assessment
Must be proficient using MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project), OnePager Pro
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Must be able to work autonomously as well as within a team/collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in math, business/economics, finance, accounting, engineering, or statistics
U.S. citizenship required
Minimum Secret security clearance required

Preferred

Familiarity with Business Intelligence programs (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
Familiarity with Systems Engineering practices and space systems development
