Responsibilities
Design engaging, learner‑centered curriculum that supports workforce development and aligns with adult learning principles
Translate complex technical or operational information into clear, accessible learning experiences for diverse audiences
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and define measurable learning objectives
Develop high‑quality instructional materials, including facilitator guides, participant guides, eLearning modules, job aids, and assessments
Leverage data, learner feedback, and performance outcomes to evaluate and refine training materials
Ensure all instructional content meets organizational standards for quality, accessibility, and compliance
Coordinate with project teams to align training deliverables, timelines, and resource needs
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in instructional design
Proficiency in advanced instructional design techniques and eLearning tools
Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations
Experience managing large-scale or complex projects
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
