Brand Marketing Intern
PÜR Beauty is a modern beauty brand seeking a Social, Communications & Brand Intern to support their social media, content creation, and communications efforts. The intern will gain hands-on experience in community engagement, influencer support, and brand operations while working in a hybrid role based in Atlanta.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of PÜR Beauty’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta
Create, edit, and assist with short-form video, imagery, captions, and UGC-style content
Assist with social content planning, scheduling, and maintaining content calendars
Help organize and manage a content library of approved assets and creative resources
Comfortable creating UGC and posting content on social media channels
Engage with the PÜR community by responding to comments and messages across social platforms
Monitor trends, conversations, and cultural moments relevant to beauty and skincare
Assist in incorporating trends into community engagement and content opportunities
Assist with influencer and UGC initiatives, including coordination, tracking, and content organization
Support influencer seeding, mailings, and gifting logistics
Help collect and organize influencer content for social, PR, and brand use
Support brand communications and PR initiatives, including press monitoring and reporting
Assist with outreach preparation, press materials, and brand messaging support
Contribute to written communications such as brand talking points, campaign summaries, and internal updates
Help manage incoming media requests and organize press and influencer assets
Assist in executing brand campaigns, product launches, promotions, and events
Support creative brainstorms and help bring campaign concepts to life across social and communications channels
Help track campaign performance and gather assets for recaps and reporting
Assist in tracking social and campaign performance using analytics tools
Help compile insights and learn how performance data informs strategy
Support brand operations through tasks such as product closet organization, restocks, packing and shipping, and digital file management
Assist with general team and office support as it relates to social, influencer, and PR initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Strong interest in social media, beauty trends, influencer marketing, and brand communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with major social platforms and basic digital and communications tools
