Responsibilities
Ensure the company Post Tracking System (PTS) tablets are completely operable at all times
Maintain PTS tablets, build, troubleshoot, configure and manage
Administer and troubleshoot PTS
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
Train users, supervisors and managers on PTS
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
One year of IT Customer Support experience required
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Ability to test software and hardware to evaluate ease of use and whether product will aid user in performing work
Write and/or revises user training manuals and procedures
Train users on software and hardware onsite or in classroom
Technical support experience: Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 Server
Technical support experience: Microsoft Active Directory
Technical support experience: Microsoft Exchange
Technical support experience: Microsoft Office 365
Technical support experience: Microsoft Windows 7 / 10
May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs
Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions
Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required
