The role involves maintaining cleaning services, handling HVAC systems, and responding to water-related emergencies while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

Maintaining cleaning services in a residential/commercial setting while providing customer satisfaction
Using specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens on various surfaces like carpet, tile, grout, LVT and upholstery
Cleaning and maintaining HVAC systems, including inspecting ductwork and ensuring proper system functionality
Responding to water-related emergencies to mitigate damage and restore affected areas
Assessing the extent of water damage, extracting water, removing damaged materials, and implementing drying techniques
Sanitizing affected spaces and using moisture meters to monitor progress
Assisting residential/commercial technicians by maintaining and cleaning all the services

Required

Valid, US driver's license, must be 21 years or older
Ability to work Saturdays and overtime
Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record
Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs
This is a safety-sensitive position that requires driving a company vehicle
Drug screening, motor vehicle record check and criminal background check will be performed on all new hires
Day Shift (Required)
Ability to Commute: Sebring, FL 33872 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Sebring, FL 33872: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Preferred

Water restoration/HVAC experience preferred
Related experience and/or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience preferred
