Responsibilities
Assist in creating innovative search strategies that will identify and attract the best talent with a focus on local community outreach to include schools and organizations
Conduct telephone screens for skilled/professional positions
Post to niche job boards, as needed
Coordinate and participate in external, internal and virtual job fairs
Assist in on-boarding new hires during peak season
Main point of contact for recruitment marketing collateral
Maintain and present analytics for recruitment initiatives
Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, related field or equivalent experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR requirements
Experience working in a fast paced / high volume environment
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather
Flexibility in working varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
Preferred
Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems or resume databases
Experience recruiting for leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industry
