Responsibilities
Lead planning for ERP, AMS, CRM, and LMS projects
Improve processes for budgeting, billing, forecasting & project tracking
Support CRM data quality, AMS/CRM integration, and customer‑experience enhancements
Coordinate cross‑system upgrades and vendor interactions
Stand up project plans, governance, risk logs, and reporting
Support major initiatives: ISO 27001, modern intranet rollout, Microsoft 365 Copilot integration
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
Experience with Waterfall/Agile/hybrid methodologies
Strong understanding of business operations and cross‑functional coordination
Experience with Microsoft Planner or Microsoft Project
Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, risks & resources
Preferred
Experience with ERP/CRM: SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, D365, Oracle Cloud
AMS experience: iMIS, Fonteva, Personify, Aptify
LMS experience: Docebo, Cornerstone, Absorb, or similar
General enterprise business systems experience
