Commercial Freight Agent
Nationwide Freightlinx is looking for a motivated and results-driven Commercial Freight Agent to join their team in a hybrid role. This commission-only position involves managing commercial freight accounts, coordinating shipments, and building strong relationships with shippers and carriers.

Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and manage commercial freight accounts
Quote, book, and coordinate freight shipments across multiple modes (LTL, FTL, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
Negotiate rates and ensure profitable margins
Track shipments and provide ongoing customer support
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and shipments
Collaborate with internal operations and support staff
Qualification
Required
Strong phone and relationship-based sales skills
Ability to work independently in a commission-only role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven
Ability to work in an in-office / hybrid environment
Willingness to learn — training provided for the right person
Preferred
Prior experience in logistics or commercial freight
Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or commercial freight
