Responsibilities
We are seeking a a Senior level "QA Automation Engineer" with strong expertise in automation testing, performance testing, Java, API automation and automation testing tools
This a long term contract opportunity with Onsite work mode
We have multiple openings in Georgia and New Jersey
Local candidates preferred
Due to the nature of the project, we need Visa independent candidates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer science, information technology or related field
More than 10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
8+ years of experience in automation testing, performance testing and load testing
MUST have setting up testing framework from scratch and build some good robust framework for UI and API automation
Recent experience in Fintech or Financial domain. Proven experience in testing payment processing applications, covering card payments, transaction flows, validations, and regulatory compliance
Experience with Test automation tools such as QTP/UFT, JMeter, Selenium Web Driver/TOSCA, and TestNG
Expertise with API automation tools like Postman
Experience testing APIs, RESTful/JSON web services and TCP/HTTP applications
Proficiency in Java programming language
Extensive experience working in Agile development environments
Good knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)
Familiarity with security testing practices
Experience working in complex, large-scale enterprise applications
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Certification in software testing methodologies (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, TOSCA or equivalent)
