Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients
Clearly explain processes, procedures, and next steps to patients
Apply strong problem‑solving skills to address patient needs
Follow detailed and stringent clinical and administrative protocols
Respond to patient inquiries by phone and email
Determine appropriate solutions while adhering to organizational guidelines
Coordinate issue resolution with other departments as needed
Collect and enter patient demographic and billing information
Assist with scheduling and database updates
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
No experience required (training provided)
Ability to type 30+ words per minute
Basic working knowledge of computers and ability to navigate multiple systems
Preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology or medical coding preferred
Customer service experience (especially in high volume/fast-paced settings)
Medical office, or insurance experience is a plus
