Responsibilities
Build and own internal platform services for integration, orchestration, and automation
Develop AI-assisted workflows for mappings, transformations, and documentation (with validation/review checkpoints)
Create backend services with FastAPI (Python) and internal tools/UI with React
Integrate with API Management for secure, observable access
Define “check-the-box” guardrails for security, logging, auditability, data access, and architecture
Improve reliability via CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and diagnostics
Qualification
Required
7+ years software development experience
Strong FastAPI (or similar) API development
Strong React experience building internal tools
Experience using AI-assisted dev tools (e.g., GPT/Claude)
Solid Git workflows + CI/CD
