Responsibilities

Support plant layout changes to improve workflow
Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment and robotic systems (ABB/Yaskawa)
Create and update work instructions and engineering documentation
Help troubleshoot production line issues to reduce downtime
Analyze line performance and recommend process improvements
Manage spare parts inventory and support material/tool purchasing
Work closely with production and maintenance teams on continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Required

2–8 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
Experience with ABB or Yaskawa robots (operation or troubleshooting)
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D
Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documents
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred

Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be certified)
