Responsibilities
Partner with attorneys across multiple states to move judgments forward efficiently and accurately
Communicate with courts via phone, online portals, and written correspondence to ensure timely filings
Issue, enter, and follow up on default judgments, stipulations, and agreed judgments
Process inbound mail from courts and legal partners, keeping everything on track and organized
Monitor stipulations and initiate follow-up actions when agreements are broken
Tackle daily and weekly file-level task lists with focus and precision
Qualification
Required
Strong multitasking skills and a knack for staying organized under pressure
Clear, confident communication across phone, email, and written formats
A problem-solving mindset and active listening skills
High school diploma required
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and general office tools
Experience in legal, office, or call center environments
