Responsibilities
Enhance and optimize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Catalog)
Develop and maintain scripts, APIs, and integrations
Build workflows, UI policies, business rules, and customizations
Gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
Participate in software design, planning, and performance monitoring
Provide platform updates and technical guidance to stakeholders
Support production stability and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification
Required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Secret Clearance (must have)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant hands-on ServiceNow engineering or development experience
Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes
ServiceNow CSA, CAD and/or CIS certifications
Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting expertise required
Experience with ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Catalog)
Ability to design and document workflows, rules, and integrations
Strong communication skills required for cross-team collaboration
Must be comfortable working in an agile, iterative engineering environment
Preferred
CSM/CRM background preferred, project is shifting that way
