Responsibilities
You’ll work side-by-side with engineers, designers, and product owners to architect, build, validate, and release software iteratively—shipping meaningful improvements early and often
You’ll thrive in a Lean, Agile, and eXtreme Programming (XP) environment, bringing strong engineering practices (pairing/mobbing, TDD, CI/CD, continuous discovery and delivery) while mentoring teammates and elevating code quality, architecture, and delivery standards across the team
This is a “player/coach” role: strategic thinking, pragmatic architecture, and deep hands-on execution
Technologies you’ll work with (and help standardize):
+ Front end: React, Next.js, TypeScript, modern CSS
+ UX engineering: design systems, component libraries, Storybook, accessibility and performance best practices
+ Platform/experience delivery: micro-frontends (MFE) patterns and integration
+ Content & web experience: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
+ Full-stack foundations: Node.js and APIs (REST/GraphQL), integration patterns, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines
+ Cloud & delivery: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), CI/CD using Tekton (plus modern pipeline and automation practices)
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
5+ years working in a Front End Software Development role
5+ years working with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS
Preferred
Experience working within Agentic AI or other AI tools
Experience within a Full Stack Software Engineering capacity
