Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

Coordinating pre-sale activities including working closely with the Sales team; responsible for consulting during the RFP process to ensure accounts for Hotels, Airlines, Attractions and other Travel advertisers are set up for success
Lead the day-to-day, post sales relationship with a portfolio of digital advertising clients
Take ownership of your book of business to drive relationships with your clients leading to renewals and upsells, ensuring campaign success and client satisfaction
Grow revenue through pitching new products and channels
Coordinate with AdOps, analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to ensure client satisfaction
Meet client KPIs, goals and objectives
Lead post-campaign analysis and review
Coordinate billing for clients on a monthly basis
Monitor and influence campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues and provide optimization and/or upsell opportunities across products
Present campaign results and insights, as well as Business Reviews to clients on a regular basis
Quick learning of different technologies and platforms
This role will require occasional travel to meet key clients and attend events

Required

3-5+ years overall experience in digital and advertising
Understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with travel industry experience a bonus
A track record of taking initiative to collaborate with internal stakeholders and achieve client satisfaction
Ability to handle multiple projects & clients on any given day
Great time management and organisational skills
Proficiency in standard business and sales software, including G Suite and Microsoft Office products
Experience working with a DSP (particularly Xandr, DV360, The Trade Desk) and/or Social Media platforms is a bonus
