Responsibilities

Manage and lead strategic sourcing activities for marketing and sales categories including contract negotiation, order administration, issue resolution, and vendor lifecycle management

Demonstrated experience in Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management modules

Work directly with key internal stakeholders on strategy planning and vendor relationship management

Support RFI / RFQ / RFP processes, evaluations, proposals, leading to strategic sourcing recommendations

Support KPI tracking, spend visibility dashboards, and maintain data integrity within procurement systems

Strong relationship-builder who can engage internally and externally to ensure that business needs are met quickly and efficiently

Must have proven track record of participating in negotiations for all types of category spend

Perform other duties assigned that support the overall success of the team, department, or organization. This may include participating in cross-functional initiatives, contributing to process improvements, or assisting with special projects as needed

Strong cross‑functional partnership, including regular collaboration with Legal and Security teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support organizational objectives

4+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
