They are seeking a Quality Engineer / CMM Operator for a short-term, on-site project supporting dimensional inspection and capability studies. This role involves operating a Romer Arm and requires strong knowledge of GD&T.

Responsibilities

Perform capability studies on critical dimensions using customer drawings and parts
Set up and operate Romer Arm (Hexagon Absolute Arm Model 8525)
Use Hexagon Inspire 2025 software to complete inspections
Interpret complex blueprints, including GD&T requirements
Analyze inspection data and complete statistical evaluations
Prepare and deliver clear capability study reports

Required

Experience in Quality Engineering and CMM operation
Strong GD&T and blueprint interpretation skills
Experience completing capability studies and statistical analysis

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to convert between metric and English units
Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment
