The Case Manager will implement the Rite of Passage program by developing and facilitating case plans and treatment programs, while acting as the primary liaison between students, their families, and agency officials.

Responsibilities
Administer, develop, and facilitate the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on your case load
Provide progress notes, as well as organize and facilitate court hearings, Probation Officer visits, students visit, and home passes
Qualification
Required
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Be at least 21 years of age
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License
