Lead and perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs across guest rooms, public spaces, and all major building systems, ensuring everything operates at peak performance
Respond quickly to guest issues, resolve them efficiently, and help restore their stay with professionalism and care
Collaborate closely with other departments to coordinate repairs, minimize disruptions, and support smooth hotel operations
Maintain detailed records, uphold safety and compliance standards, manage tools and inventory, and contribute to energy-saving initiatives
Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, mentor team members, or assist with general tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong technical foundation and advanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical operations
Ability to perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs across guest rooms, public spaces, and all major building systems
Ability to respond quickly to guest issues and resolve them efficiently
