Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple TMS-related initiatives running in parallel (inbound, outbound, invoicing, reporting, tracking)
Maintain the integrated project plan, managing interdependencies across scrum teams, vendors, and IT architecture
Coordinate work across IT, Supply Chain, Transportation Ops, and third-party vendors
Drive hybrid delivery (Agile sprints alongside Waterfall milestones and SOWs)
Manage:
Scope, schedule, and risk
Budget tracking (in evolving PMO tooling)
Vendor SOWs and change requests
Maintain Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, and Confluence artifacts
Provide clear, executive-ready status updates to IT and Supply Chain leadership
Proactively identify blockers and keep initiatives moving in an environment with shifting priorities
Qualification
Required
7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Technical Project Manager
Experience supporting Supply Chain systems within Retail
Proven success managing multiple concurrent initiatives under a single platform or program
Strong background working with development teams, architects, and vendors
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (Manhattan strongly preferred)
Experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence
Familiarity with Smartsheet
Background working in large enterprise or Fortune 500 environments
