Brand Communications Manager
JSI is seeking a Brand & Communications Manager who will be the voice and pulse of their brands. This role involves owning and evolving the brand's presence across various channels, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging while building emotional connections with the audience.

Responsibilities
Own and evolve Jasper Group JSI and Klem brand voices across verticals and audience bases through all platforms and formats
Develop and refine brand storytelling that builds emotional connection and elevates brand perception
Write and edit content across digital, social, print, PR, and internal channels
Lead cross-platform communications planning and execution (internal + external)
Oversee the messaging strategy for social, podcast, website content, and major brand campaigns
Partner closely with Product + Design, Digital Strategy, and Creative teams to ensure aligned, unified narratives
Shape and execute a thoughtful PR strategy that increases visibility around launches, initiatives, and thought leadership
Build and manage media relationships, maintain press lists, oversee press kits, and secure coverage
Support crisis or sensitive communications with clarity and confidence
Act as the central coordinator for multi-team campaigns, ensuring stories connect clearly from concept through execution
Manage external partners, including copywriters, designers, videographers/producers, and PR support
Partner with Sales to ensure messaging aligns with market needs and reinforces brand trust
Lead social planning, content creation, community engagement, and analytics
Shape the storytelling that drives growth and connection across digital platforms
Identify opportunities for influencers, creators, and advocates to help elevate the brand
Qualification
Required
Hands-on and creative
Ability to move fluidly from writing a feature story or social caption to shaping a PR strategy or guiding cross-functional campaigns
Clarity, consistency, and energy in every touchpoint
Ownership and evolution of brand voices across verticals and audience bases
Development and refinement of brand storytelling
