Responsibilities
Assist with data transfers and support data migration initiatives across multiple platforms
Perform data cleanup, validation, and enrichment to ensure accuracy and consistency across internal systems
Maintain data quality standards by identifying and correcting discrepancies, duplicates, and outdated information
Prepare, organize, and deliver accurate data reports for internal stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, Compliance) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of data initiatives
Document processes and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements in data management
Contribute to ad-hoc data projects and provide general support as needed
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in data operations, data management, or a related role
Hands-on experience with data cleaning, data migration, and CRM systems
Strong Excel skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field preferred
