Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance applications and services on the Alibaba Cloud platform
Architect and deliver cloud-native solutions leveraging microservices, containerization, and serverless technologies
Lead the integration and configuration of Alibaba Cloud services including ECS, ACK (Kubernetes), OSS, RDS, SLB, and Function Compute
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into secure, reliable solutions
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing, deployment, and release management
Optimize system performance, availability, and cost efficiency through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while ensuring minimal service disruption
Contribute to architecture reviews, technical documentation, and development standards to promote best practices and code quality
Support cloud modernization and migration initiatives to Alibaba Cloud environments
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software development experience building and delivering production-grade applications
Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing solutions within Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud) environments
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go
Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles, distributed systems, and scalable application design
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes/ACK
Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
Preferred
Alibaba Cloud certifications or demonstrated advanced expertise across core AliCloud services and architecture
Experience leading or supporting cloud migration and modernization initiatives from AWS, Azure, or GCP to Alibaba Cloud
Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation frameworks such as Terraform, ROS, or similar tooling
Experience designing and supporting highly available, multi-region, or globally distributed cloud environments
Knowledge of cloud security best practices, governance, and compliance standards within regulated or enterprise environments
Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudMonitor)
Experience working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environments
