Community Manager

Little Leaf Farms is seeking a Community Manager to own the voice and visual identity of the brand. The role involves managing external and internal brand communications, engaging with consumer communities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency.

Responsibilities

Build and engage with Little Leaf Farms’ highly engaged consumer communities across digital and in-person channels, representing the brand voice authentically
Manage the company’s social media channels, including content planning, posting, community management, and performance reporting
Manage the company’s email marketing content, strategy, and performance analysis; identify areas to improve consumer journey and engagement through email, SMS, and other inbound marketing channels
Partner with PR agency and internal stakeholders on planning, execution, and analysis of press releases and media relations activity
Partner with influencer agency and internal stakeholders on planning, execution, and analysis of creator collaborations
Partner with agencies and creative resources to plan, develop, execute, and analyze all consumer-facing content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, sales, product, etc.) to ensure messaging consistency
Monitor brand reputation, industry news, and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations
Manage consumer-facing customer service team, providing guidance on key messages and relaying relevant info and insights to appropriate teams
Support selection and execution of consumer-facing events
Develop and distribute company-wide updates, newsletters, and key announcements
Support cross-functional teams in preparing internal presentations, talking points, sales materials, and trade show materials
Develop, launch, and maintain employee intranet, ensuring employees have access to brand-approved assets and templates
Organize and support internal events (town halls, team spotlights, etc.)

Required

3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, ideally within a CPG, food & beverage, or consumer brand environment
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
PR experience, including drafting press materials and managing media/influencer relationships
Ability to create content across channels (written, visual, basic design/video skills a plus), and work successfully with external partners to do so
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Creative, resourceful, and a natural relationship-builder

Preferred

Experience with internal communications platforms and/or event coordination preferred
