Responsibilities
Implement and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure across multiple regions
Diagnose and resolve network incidents ranging from routine connectivity issues to complex routing and security events
Configure, test, and support enterprise routing, switching, firewall, and SD-WAN technologies
Perform network hardware installation and maintenance in remote data centers and co-location facilities
Execute network OS upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to ensure stability and security
Monitor network performance and proactively address capacity, latency, and resilience concerns
Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance with enterprise security standards
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation supporting a globally distributed network
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in enterprise or ISP-grade networking environments
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco NX-OS and IOS-XE
Expertise in firewall configuration and network security best practices
Solid understanding of routing protocols (BGP), QoS, WAN optimization, and load balancing (F5)
Strong grasp of TCP/IP networking, OSI model, and common network services
Active CCNA certification required
Preferred
PAN-OS strongly preferred
Experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Silver Peak SD-WAN solutions
Working knowledge of network virtualization technologies
Familiarity with Windows and Linux server environments
