Responsibilities
Design end-to-end application and integration architectures for large, multi-platform initiatives. Ensure solutions are aligned with long-term business goals and operational priorities
Develop integration and migration approaches leveraging APIs, web services, and industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, and EDI. Create frameworks that support both on-premises and cloud-based applications
Provide architectural direction for robust API ecosystems and enterprise data integration platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate tools, establish reusable code foundations, and accelerate implementation readiness
Define strategic IT capability maps and support Lead-to-Cash commercial and operational process requirements across the organization
Produce current-state and future-state architecture diagrams, document data flows, and establish clear data ownership, retention, and governance standards
Partner with product owners, engineering managers, project leaders, and technical specialists to shape roadmaps, sprint priorities, and delivery plans
Engage with architecture and security governance groups to ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and enterprise technology standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
10+ years of progressive experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a Solutions Architect or similar enterprise architecture role
Proven experience designing integration and API solutions using modern standards such as JSON, web services, and enterprise integration patterns
Preferred
Experience working in Agile development environments
Hands-on background with CRM platforms, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries
Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and EDI transactions
Familiarity with enterprise compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOX, PCI, and security-first architecture practices
Prior exposure to insurance claims, healthcare operations, or clinical revenue cycle ecosystems
