Responsibilities

Support the expansion of our Air Combat Test & Training (ACTT) System capabilities
Performing all aspects of systems engineering design and development, including bidding, requirements capture, system design, system integration, system verification & validation testing, and support for certification and qualification
Serve as a customer interface as part of the development team
Gain platform systems level experience on a complex SoS program
Gain exposure to multiple key technologies
Gain experience in multiple domains including networking, cryptography, cross-domain solutions, and radios
Complete ACTT development lifecycle of planning, development, verification, certification and product deployment
Contributes to pursuits, bidding and planning of systems engineering effort

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date
Experience with development activities of moderate sized project with systems requirements and test procedures
Subject Matter Expert in at least one technical area
Must be able to travel up to 20% throughout the year

Preferred

Experience leading in an Agile environment
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Strong communication behaviors with team members, internal stakeholders, and external customers
Experience with air combat or military training concepts of operations
Experience with US export regulations: International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
Advanced degree in STEM, Management, or a Master of Business Administration (MBA)
