Responsibilities

On‑aircraft support of avionics ground and flight test integration efforts
Flight video reviews and anomaly investigation
Organize and coordinate test plans, WIT reviews, and troubleshooting activities with multiple stakeholders
Conduct avionics software and hardware integration testing in a laboratory environment

Required

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access
The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance
Proven experience in avionics integration
Proven experience in flight-test support
Proven experience in both software and hardware testing
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to drive issues to resolution
Willingness to travel and work occasional second/third-shift schedules
Physically able to access aircraft cockpit and test fixtures
Willing and able to conform with flight line dress code and FOD requirements
Proficient in data analysis, problem identification/isolation, and troubleshooting
Understanding of the systems engineering process
Understanding of electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering drawings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office

Preferred

Experience with flight test activities
Experience with testing of avionics software and hardware
Experience working on a special access program
