Director, Enterprise Technology

Responsibilities
Define technology strategy for retail/CPG clients; anticipate market shifts; create digital transformation roadmaps (e-commerce, PLM, supply chain automation, CRM, analytics, IoT)
Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders; influence business processes and data practices; identify opportunities for innovation
Own end-to-end design of complex enterprise solutions; ensure usability, scalability, and compliance; approve high-level architectures and specifications
Drive disciplined planning and execution; manage risk and issues at a portfolio level; ensure high-quality deliverables
Build and mentor a distributed team of managers, architects, and specialists; foster an inclusive, growth-oriented culture
Support pre-sales, proposals, demos, and thought leadership; grow accounts in retail/CPG segments
Manage budgets, compliance, and resource planning; uphold standards for security, privacy, and ethics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science; MBA or advanced certification preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening
Ability to travel internationally/domestically (up to 50–70%)
Preferred
Familiarity with PLM, ALM, and other RFA oriented toolsets
15+ years in enterprise technology consulting/delivery, with significant retail/CPG experience
Proven success leading multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale digital transformation programs
Expertise in PLM (e.g., PTC Windchill), e-commerce, supply chain systems, CRM, analytics, IoT
Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, and Agile methodologies
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills
