Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and enhance Revenue reports using Salesforce to support revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking
Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the revenue lifecycle
Prepares monthly Department Financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators
Monitors and reports departmental spending versus budget, highlighting variances and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Analyzes financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making
Analyze and update Monthly Freight Reports and provide Freight data for Monthly Accruals
Support ad hoc analysis and special projects related to revenue growth

Required

Bachelor's degree in: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required
3+ years of experience in FP&A and business analysis preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors required
Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market research
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex data into actionable insights
Proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint, financial reporting systems, and data visualization tools
Detail and goal oriented
