Responsibilities
Drive and manage the full sales cycle of capital equipment from inquiry to contract
Develop strong long-term relationships with engineering and purchasing decision-makers
Partner with process engineering teams to align solutions with client specifications
Lead company presence at trade shows, conferences, and technical events
Create and refine marketing materials, case studies, presentations on digital content used online and on social media
Support brand positioning, competitive analysis, and market intelligence activities
Qualification
Required
More than 5 years experience selling capital equipment or process engineering systems
Strong knowledge of engineered-to-order or technical sales environments
Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with chemistry
Customer-focused with ability to manage complex projects and programs
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Prior experience working with manufacturing or industrial equipment clients
Ability to travel about 25% of the time domestically and internationally as required
Preferred
Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering
