Director of Field Operations

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, assign and direct work of field operations supervisors and personnel
Ensure that work is completed in accordance with internal standards following approved policies, procedures, safety rules, budgets, and in a manner that promotes customer satisfaction
Manage and coordinate all PHMSA and regulatory requirements and be prepared to assist during any inspections or audits for the area of responsibility
Provide leadership and manage the planning and direction of activities at multiple locations within the area
Supervise contract personnel engaged in construction, testing and operations of facilities
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment, instrumentation, pumps, vessels, pipelines, compressors, auxiliary equipment, engines, turbines, motors, cooling equipment, valves, seals, and other related equipment
All other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
10+ years of applicable midstream industry experience required
Previous supervisory experience required
Ability to work independently and as a team
Understanding of gas and crude oil gathering systems
Possess and maintain a valid driver license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company
Good communicator, work planner with excellent work ethic and background in computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office
