Responsibilities

Support the VP of Marketing in developing and executing social media strategies across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels
Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling, publishing, moderation, and community engagement for Laundry by Shelli Segal and Rafaella
Build and maintain detailed social content calendars aligned with seasonal campaigns, product launches, retail moments, licensing initiatives, and broader brand priorities
Partner closely with Design, E-commerce, Merchandising, PR, and Licensing teams to ensure social content aligns with marketing objectives and established brand guidelines
Assist in briefing, coordinating, and executing social-first content creation, including short-form video, static assets, stories, and reels
Manage community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely, informative, and brand-appropriate voice
Identify, source, and manage high-quality user-generated content and community storytelling opportunities
Support influencer and creator initiatives, including product seeding, content tracking, and campaign documentation
Monitor social media performance and assist in reporting on engagement, reach, growth, and campaign results
Analyze social trends, community sentiment, and competitive activity to inform content and engagement strategies
Maintain organization across workflows, approvals, asset management, and reporting using project management and social media management tools
Support internal teams with social assets, platform best practices, and performance insights
